Stakeholder Center
Greatek respects the rights and interests of its stakeholders. Through appropriate communication and engagement with stakeholders, the Company seeks to understand their reasonable expectations, needs, and perspectives regarding the Company. Such feedback is appropriately addressed and serves as an important reference for corporate decision-making, with the aim of co-creating and sharing sustainable value with all stakeholders.
Stakeholder Identification
Greatek adopts the stakeholder identification approach recommended by the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000 SES, 2015). Stakeholders are identified and assessed based on five dimensions—dependency, responsibility, tension, influence, and diverse perspectives—using a five-point scoring system. Through this process, the Company has identified seven key stakeholder groups.
Stakeholder Communication and Engagement
To effectively fulfill its corporate sustainability responsibilities, Greatek has established a Sustainability (ESG) Committee and appointed dedicated personnel responsible for planning and coordinating the operations of the functional committees under its supervision, as well as overseeing ESG-related audits, thereby demonstrating the Company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility.
The Sustainability (ESG) Committee is convened by the Chairman, with the President serving as the supervising member. Heads of each department are responsible for the operation of their respective functional committees. Committee members include representatives from all operating units of the Company and are responsible for confirming the management principles and implementation of ESG-related issues.
The Committee is also responsible for reviewing the content of the annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) / Sustainability Report, which is subject to final approval by the Chairman.
