Retirement System and Implementation

The Company’s employee retirement system is established in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. A monthly contribution is made to the Retirement Reserve Fund, which is managed and supervised by the Labor Retirement Reserve Fund Supervisory Committee, jointly formed by labor and management representatives.
