Overview
A QFP or Quad Flat Package is a surface mount integrated circuit package with “gull wing” leads extending from each of the four sides.
Greatek offers a complete line up for QFP, LQFP (low profile), and TQFP (thin) from 32pins up to 256pins, including exposed pad for thermal enhancement.
