Thermal characterization
GREATEK offers thermal simulation and measurement services of IC packages in both natural and forced convection conditions. There are two thermal indices usually been talking about: Theta-JA and Theta-JC. GREATEK can provide data of the thermal indices to evaluate the thermal performance of the package.
