Greatek offers comprehensive Wafer testing services for Logic, Mix mode device and Analog devices. We provide a good testing solutions ,including testing program development, platform conversion, devices correlation, engineering or special lots support, test peripheral equipment and spare parts development service. And, we provide a good test environment, including automatic control of temperature and humidity in a clean room.
Engineering Capability

- Greatek has good engineering capability and experience. We provide the best services for our customers including probe card and load board design. We can satisfy our customers with high quality and short lead-times for new product introduction.
Product Engineering support
Greatek can provide correlation data to prove our equipments can satisfy customers specification.
For abnormal lots, the engineering team will do the yield analysis, and provide the analysis report including probing map and summary…and so on for our customers in a very short time. If necessary, Greatek can provide remote control function in specific tester for our customer to analysis abnormal lots.
Besides, we will review the test summary to do yield trend and share the information to our customer.
