Overview
Transistor Outline (TO) / Small Outline Transistor (SOT) / Thin Small Outline Transistor (TSOT) packages are very small, surface-mount plastic-molded packages with leads on their long sides for SOT/TSOTs. Due to their low cost and low profile, SOT and TO’s are widely used in consumer electronics.
